天机不可泄漏
正所谓天机不可泄漏。
I happened to see Marcus yesterday. He then told me that he's a supervisor now at a local food chain. He was speaking with much enthusiasm until he said 'actually i'm very strict with my staff, I scold them all the time'. BINGO. I then said. 'Now you know why I was strict with you'? He smiled.
You can choose to be a dictator, you can choose to be a populist leader, but if you ain't at the top looking down, you really can't see how the organisation actually runs. When we plan for awards, how many actually know that we plan it for our actors? To be honest, it does not do the management any good. In fact, it's a whole lot of work for us.
Sometimes I notice slight differences in the different attitudes from them. I guess it's our way of 'upbringing'. We brought Kenneth up in very safe way. Everytime when he starts to wander off the route, all you'll have to do is to remind him how hard and long he took to come here, and he'll remember and appreciate you. Whereas, for peeps like Alouis and Clarissa who took the express route, it takes more effort in explaining, nurturing and humbling them.
But I guess there is a double side to every decision. Goodnights. ;)
